Senior Team Member
David has over 30 years of experience in aviation, including service in the U.S. Air Force, commercial aviation, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). His work spans airworthiness certification, UAS operations, and the emerging Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) sector, with extensive involvement in shaping regulatory frameworks in collaboration with the FAA, EASA, and CAAS.
He has served as an FAA Adjunct Instructor, providing training in energy storage systems, Part 145 maintenance, and electric aircraft technologies, and has contributed to national and international working groups, including NASA’s AAM initiative and the ASTM F38 UAS Committee.
David is Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), a member of ISC², and a recognized contributor to advancing cyber-physical safety in next-generation flight operations. A Gulf War veteran, he continues to support the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Chief Pilot and UAS Operations Advisor for emergency management programs.
